Problem Note 38304: When applying maintenance for SAS® 9.2, messages might show that the original installation completed with errors, but the update installs successfully

During an installation of SAS 9.2 that includes maintenance, messages might show that the original installation completed with errors, but the update completed successfully. For example, messages similar to the following might be displayed in the deploymentsummary.html file:
Completed with errors - Report Fonts for Clients Completed successfully - Report Fonts for Clients (Update) Completed with errors - SAS Power and Sample Size Completed successfully - SAS Power and Sample Size (Update) Completed with errors - SAS/GRAPH ODS Graphics Editor Completed successfully - SAS/GRAPH ODS Graphics Editor (Update)
If you then examine the sdw.log file, the following error message might be listed:
SEVERE: Java executable missing: \bin\java.exe
To correct this issue, re-install the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) and then
re-install SAS. To find the appropriate JRE for your operating environment, go to the SAS 9.2 Support for Java Runtime Environments page.
